How to format nokia phone

Nokia phone are built on symbian platform.Sometime your phone giving you a
lot of trouble like restarting and hanging over and again or a virus which is
making your phone to do some crazy stuff. Best solution is format your phone.
There have two type of formatting,soft format and hard format
After doing soft format.if your problem not solved you can go to hard format.
Before you doing this format you have to do this steps.

 1. Backup your all data and contacts
 2. Make sure that your phone battery is full.

Soft format

          This will erase all data in internal drive

Step 1: Enter *#7370# in as you enter any phone number and click yes.

Step 2:Now your phone will format.

Hard format

          When you doing this make sure you battery is full.      

Step 1: Turn off your phone.                                                               

Step 2: Now you have to press three keys
            call key ,3 button,*button hold three
            button and switch on phone.

Step 3: Now your phone will start formatting

Step 4: When formatting started release the
              key.

Step 5: It take few times to finish

now your problem will fix
